Approver ResponsibilitiesThese are company level responsibilities and roles so that this info can be communicated to resources as needed. This removes confusion as to who can approve or do what at a company level.
Pipeline: Kick-Off ApproverA company role who can start the Kick-Off (Full Kitting) of a project within the system. This is used for communication and automatic approval requests when an approved opportunity is moving to Kick-Off (Full Kitting).
Pipeline: Opportunity ApproverA company role who can approve/reject new Project Opportunities within the system. This is used for communication and automatic approval requests when a new opportunity is created.
Portfolio: Close ApproverA company role who can approve the Closure of a Portfolio. This is used for communication and automatic approval requests when a closing Portfolio is to officially be closed.
Portfolio: Close InitiatorA company role who can begin the Closing phases of a Portfolio. This is used for communication and automatic approval requests when a live Portfolio needs to start being closed.
Portfolio: Setup

A company role who can start a Portfolio and begin its execution. This is used for communication and automatic approval requests for a user to move a Portfolio from Kick-Off (Full Kitting) and into being Live.

Program: Close ApproverA company role who can approve the Closure of a Program. This is used for communication and automatic approval requests when a closing Program is to officially be closed.
