Field Description	A brief description of the field added in the system
Field Name	Name of the field added in the system
Pipeline Details	A list of the project phases/ stages where custom fields can be added
Project Configuration	User can configure custom fields across different project stages/ project modules in the system
Project Modules	A list of the project modules where custom fields can be added
Required	Check if field should require input in order for a module or project stage item to be successfully added.
Required Fields	The number of fields that require input in the module
Total Fields	The number of fields in the module
