Glossary Term | Description |
# of Projects | The number of projects under the Department |
# of Roles | How many roles of this type will be used during the duration of the project. Having this baselined will assist in understanding resource/task cost as well as resource needs and if the Project Manager may have resource issues |
Department Approver | The approver of the department within the Company. |
Department ID | A unique department identifier that is automatically populated for future reference |
Department Name | The name of the department that is within the Company |
Departments | All the departments that are associated to this company. This is typically determined when completing the HR plan. Every department that is impacted by changes of the project, or would have input into it should be included as to ensure there is no downstream negative effect |
Filled Roles | How many of this role is already resourced |
