Glossary Terms | Description |

Answered | Any responded requests where resolution has occurred and a proper response has been made. These items are generally considered closed, pending any clarification. |
Assigned to | The assigned coach for the request. He ensures that proper response and quick resolution to anything open is handled as quick as possible to ensure limited or no delay. |
Closed | When a full completion of the request has occurred with no additional follow up |
Comment | Any questions/ concerns/ points to write about to answer the request |
Date | The date when the request was created |
In-Progress | Anything that is currently being processed and worked on |
Last Updated | When the request was last changed or updated in the tool and makes the request most up to date or accurate. |
Message | Provide as much detail as possible on the request. This allows the conversation to be better understood to get correct questions answered |
Module | The most relevant module to which this request belongs. This assists in categorising and ensuring the content of the request can be tied back to specific sections |
My Coaching | My Coaching gives the individual access to training, tips, or helpful information and insights from a group of experienced and world class Project managers when working on a project or overall portfolio. This allows for quick help and feedback on any Project Management aspect and to chat which allows for elaboration and clarification. All conversations between the user and a coach may or may not be shared to other users in the Company. |
My Coaching Dashboard | The My Coaching Dashboard allows the users to find current or previous coaching conversations based on multiple filters or request status. |
Open | Any unanswered request that is awaiting response |
Project | The Project that the conversation or request is related to, allowing the user to relate it back to the project at a later time if needed. |

Status | The Current status of a request so coaches and requester knows where the request stands. Appropriate status types include: * Open- Any unanswered request that is awaiting response * In progress- Anything that is currently being processed and worked on * Answered- Any responded request where resolution has occurred and a proper response has been made. Title | The title of a request, allowing the coach and the user to easily identify what the conversation is in regards to. |
