CompanyAutomatically displays the current company being viewed allowing the user to quickly know what company the information applies to.
DateThe date when the request was created.
EvaluationsResources who are under the company working on projects
Historical ReviewsA list of all past reviewed results by the member
Member IDUnique identifier of the resource or 
Member Name Name of the resource in the Company that is to be evaluated.
Member Review RequestsPerformance Review Requests of all the Team Members
Member Review ResultsA list of reviewed results by the member
Member View FormInput details for request of a member to be reviewed by the evaluator
OverallOverall capacity of users on assigned roles across projects in company
ProjectThe project name should be a short description of the project so in reading the title, a general sense of what the project is can be understood. Should also include the what, where and why of the project
Request IDUnique identifier of the review request
Reviewed MemberAutomatically displays the Members Name that was selected to be reviewed
Reviewed RoleTeam Member assigned on the Project Role. This filter helps narrow any information down by role, which helps in quickly finding needed info or for something specific to the project.
Reviewed YearFor what year the member review corresponds to so that the reviewer knows the timeframe to analyse and report on.
Reviewer CommentThe body and content of the email being sent to the Reviewer. This should identify to the reviewer the primary purpose of the review
Reviewer EmailThe current and working email address for the Reviewer to be used for email communication
Reviewer NameThe full name of the person who is to review the Member. This helps PM identify the person on the project and helps in communication efforts
RoleProject Role of the Member and what their primary responsibilities will be as defined by role
StatusStatus on the Review Request. For the PM, this helps show what reviews have been done(which they can then review) or ones not complete. Ones not complete they can reach out to remind or work on getting completed as needed 
Subject LineThe Email Subject Line of the email being sent to the Reviewer. This should identify to the reviewer the primary purpose of the review
Team Member PerformancePerformance score per team member segmented by Behavioural, Project and Technical
Team Members Performance ChartDisplay performance score per team member segmented by Behavioural, Project and Technical
