Glossary Term | Description |
Account Settings | It is a list of basic information available to help users manage basic account preferences. (e.g. name, email contact details) |
Address | The primary address where the user is residing in. This may be different from the company address. |
Change Password | User can change FHQ account password for security reasons. The new password must be between 8 and 20 characters in length. |
Company Logo | An image representing the company logo that will be used on all relevant and important information in the system, including being added on reports and other output files for proper organization and branding guidelines. |
Country | The primary country where the user is residing in. This may be different from the company address. |
The registered/ company email address of the user. Email address must be the email tied to the account, otherwise, system will not recognise the user. | |
First Name | The user's first name to be identified in the system. The name should be how user wants to be addressed within the project |
Last Name | The user's last name to be identified in the system. |
Profile Settings | This is the page that allows you to manage your user profile, from updating your details, password, email and even your profile image. |
User Profile | The details, descriptions and settings of the user at a high level which helps in identifying basic information to effectively manage and run projects. These settings are also used to govern approvals for projects, default settings of projects or portfolios and the members in the company who can access the system. |
Username | The user's unique identifier that will allow access to the system. |
Website | The company or business website address that the user wants to be tied to the account and the projects. |
