Knowledge Base
Knowledge Base gives the individual access to documents pertaining how-tos to all functionalities present in the system.  This allows user to access these steps or instructions in order for him to be acquainted well in the system. 
Status
It determines if the Knowledge Base page is active (or considered a present functionality in the system) or not.

The tags/ words to associate the document
