CapacityShows how much time a resource is already assigned vs. available to perform a task
Capacity: Assigned
The user's capacity already allocated to a project within the company
Capacity: AvailableThe user's capacity that is available to perform a role in a  project over a given period of time.
Capacity: OverallThe accumulated capacity of a user across projects within the company
