Active	When a resource is present and available to carry out a task
Capacity	Shows how much time a resource is already assigned vs. available to perform a task
Capacity Fluctuations	The variations in the capacity of each resource  within the time period he is assigned to in a project
Designation/ Key Role	Project Role of the Member and what their primary responsibilities will be as defined by role
Member Details	Basic information about the user
Permission	The permission access level of the member
