| Baseline Portfolio Progress | Displays how the projects within the Portfolio Schedules and Portfolio Milestones are progressing against the current forecast start and end dates. This is a current live scenario and cannot be edited. A new scenario would need to be created to change the visible elements. The baseline helps track the progress of a project and quickly identifies any issues related to the Portfolio's pipeline plan. This enables Portfolio managers to mitigate issues more efficiently. |
| Black Out | These are all non-working days within the timeline. Black Out periods may be created due to unavailability of resources, technological delays (waiting for uploads), scheduled downtime, holidays or project conflicts |
| Black Out Allocation | An overview of all Black Out periods created for the Portfolio. |
| Black Out End Date | The date the Black Out period is due to finish (last day) |
| Black Out Start Date | The date the Black Out period is due to start (first day) |
| Closed Projects | The field is populated based on the number of closed projects assigned to the sub-portfolio. |
| Cost Range | The estimated cost to deliver the project scope |
| External Activity | It is a single or small occurrence / project outside a portfolio but are linked to a pipelined project. |
| External Activity End Date | The date the External Activity is due to begin. |
| External Activity Start Date | The date the External Activity is due to be completed. |
| Lined Up Projects | An overview of the opportunity projects added to the portfolio which have not reached Planning Phase |
| Live Portfolio | A dropdown list of all unassigned sub-portfolios to assign to their main portfolio. |
| Live Projects | The field is populated based on the number of live projects assigned to the sub-portfolio. |
| Pipeline Management | Pipeline Management focuses on how projects within the portfolio are scheduled,budgeted,managed,planned, and dependent on each other. Managing the flow and progress of projects at a portfolio level reduces downstream delays within projects and prevents project rework or portfolio failure. |
| Pipeline Projects | The field is populated based on the number of pipeline projects assigned to the sub-portfolio. |

| Scenario Portfolio Progress | Portfolio Managers are able to experiment with different scenarios by creating and modifying the order of external activities, pipeline projects and black outs. This is a useful feature which allows Portfolio Managers to observe specific changes across different scenarios without impacting any live projects. |
