Glossary Terms | Description |

Change | These are notes around learnings from what was planned/ executed in the Project/ Portfolio, and changes needed to be made in the future. |
Close Out Report | A report generated and submitted for the Project/ Portfolio Close Out with additional details relating to the criteria and completed items under the projects. For Portfolio Level, it's completed projects under the portfolio. |
Closed Projects | A list of all the projects in the company that have met the criteria to be closed. |
Difficult | These are comments that detail around those that were difficult to execute or caused unforeseen issues and risks in the project/ portfolio. |
Great | These are information and notes regarding what went perfect or good and reasons as to why in the project/ portfolio. |
Project Close Out | Project close-out occurs only when all criteria are met and nothing outstanding is left including: * No risks outstanding * No issues outstanding * All milestones and deliverables are met * All timelines and expenses are finalized * Customer signs off on final product * Stakeholders and managers all approve the project closure |
Project Close-Out Checklist | A list of action items to ensure that project is ready to be officially closed out. If there are items not resolved, the Project Manager needs to resolve prior to closing the project. |
Portfolio Close Out | Portfolio close-out occurs only when all criteria are met and nothing outstanding is left including: * There are no currently open projects * There are no scheduled pipeline projects * There are no future external activities * All Portfolio OPEX planned periods have actuals * Stakeholders and managers all approve the portfolio closure |
Portfolio's Closed Projects | A list of all the closed projects within the Portfolio that have met all the project level criteria to be closed. This is used to track completed projects within the portfolio |
