| Glossary Term | Description |
| Acceptable Band | An output range that is considered when it comes to meeting the target of certain KPI's within the Dashboard. |
| Criteria | A measure to determine if actual output has been met or exceeded. |
| Dashboard | The Dashboard module is an overview of KPIs (key performance indicators) relevant to the business process. These KPIs are divided into sections which comprise of related dashboard items. This serves as a progress report and provides users with a "snapshot" of the overall performance of the organisation through specific data points within each department. |
| Data Source (Actual) | A data column within the Data Source which is being referenced by the actual values displayed within the Dashboard. |
| Data Source (Forecast) | A data column within the Data Source which is being referenced by the forecast values displayed within the Dashboard. |
| Data Source (Target) | A data column within the Data Source which is being referenced by the target values displayed within the Dashboard. |
| Description | A brief description of the dashboard item to provide a reader with a better understanding of the item. |
| Graph Type | The type of Graphical presentation used to analyse/interpret results. |
| Pull Up Type | Where the data will be pulled up from (Project level, Portfolio level) and how its being calculated: Data can be calculated by the following: * Aggregated- total value of all items pulled up * Average- total value of all items pulled up divided by the number of items pulled up * Count- how many items are being pulled up |
| Reporting Widget | Reporting Options. Data can be reported either in the form of tiles, graph, or data table. |
| Table Type | A data table can be presented/reported using Data Source columns or Custom. |
| Target | The goal value for a certain KPI in a Dashboard. |
| Tile Type | A tile can be presented/reported using Data Source columns, Custom, or Benefits Tracking columns. |
| Title | The name of the Dashboard Item. |
| Total Row | How the data measure is being calculated. |
| Type | The type of data inputted for the Dashboard Item to analyse results. |
