Add a New Project Allocation

 

1. To add a new Project Allocation in a Program, click the ‘Settings’ tab from the left side bar of the Program page. Once done, navigate to the ‘Project Allocation’ section and then click the ‘+ New Project’ button.

 

 

2. Once done, fill in the required fields in the form. Click ‘Add Project’ to save changes.

 

Below are the required fields:

  • Project Name – The name of the project added in the program
  • Remaining Duration – How many months & days left before the chosen project will end
  • Start Date – The date when the project started
  • End Date – The date when the project ended
  • Cost – Allocated budget in the project in its span
  • Resources – Number of resources working on the project in its span
