Navigate the Program All Roles


1. Click the ‘Resourcing’ tab from the left side bar of the page. Once done, click the ‘All Roles’ button as shown below. This section displays all Roles associated to the Program.


 

 

2. You can filter the ‘Program – All Roles’ table by ‘Department’ or ‘Project’. Please see the following below:


2.1. To filter the ‘Program – All Roles’ by Department, click the ‘Department’ drop down menu and choose the desired data. This will display a list of Roles according to selected Department.


 

2.2. To filter the ‘Program – All Roles’ by Project, click the ‘Project’ drop down menu and then choose the desired Project to display. This will display a list of Roles based on the selected Project.


 

3. To search ‘Roles’, input the name of the Role in the search field and then click the magnifying glass or press ENTER key.


 

4. If you want to download ‘Program – All Roles’ table, click the download icon then select file to download: CSV or PDF. Once done, the file will be saved directly to your device.
