Filter Program Cost Summary


1. Within the Program page, click the ‘Budget’ tab from the left side bar. Once done, navigate to the ‘Program Cost Summary’ section. This section is the financial statement of the Program and what was planned at a high level. This is used to track progress and actuals to what was spent, this is to help with managing all potential projects that are over or under budget. The PM can see which projects in the Program may be over to quickly address and rectify or manage.


 

 

2. To filter the ‘Program Cost Summary’ by Department, click the ‘Department’ drop down menu and then choose desired data to display. This will display a list of budget items based on all Departments or the chosen department.


 

 

3. In order to filter the  ‘Program Cost Summary’ by Status, click the ‘Status’ drop down menu then choose desired data to display. This will display a list of Costs based on All Status or from a selected Status.


 

4. You can also filter the ‘Program Cost Summary’ by Period. To do that, click the ‘Period’ drop down menu then choose the desired data to display. This will display a list of Costs based on the chosen period.


 

5. To search Budget Items, input the name of the Project in the search field then click the magnifying glass icon or press ENTER key.
