1. Issue Trend Display
1. The ‘Issues Trend Display’ can be viewed in the Weekly and Monthly Report. Click ‘Reporting’ tab from the left side bar of the page and click a report from the list as shown below.

2. To view the ‘Issues Trend Display’, navigate the page to ‘Issues for Escalation’ section and hover over ‘Trend’.
