1. Edit Portfolio Monthly Reports


1. Access the relevant portfolio and then navigate to the 'Reporting' module.  Click here for instructions on how to navigate to the portfolio reporting module.

2. To edit a Portfolio ‘Monthly Report’, select the Monthly Draft Report and then click the ‘Edit Draft’ button.



 

 

3. When you will reach the ‘Edit Report’ section.


 Add the necessary changes in the Report  Options section as shown below. If you want to add another recipient of the report that is external or internal to the project, click on the ‘+ Add Another Recipient’ link and then add the ‘Email Address’ of the recipient





 

4. To add more elements to the Monthly Report, click the ‘+ Add Section’ link. Go to the Modules or Appendices section and click the element(s) to be added.



 

5. You can add a comment in each element of the Report. Once done, click the ‘Save Draft’ button to save changes.
