1. Navigate Portfolio Issue Register


1. Click the ‘Issue Management’ tab from the left side bar of the Portfolio page. Once done, navigate to the ‘Issue Register’ section.

 

 

2. You can filter the ‘Portfolio Issue Register’ by ‘Department’, ‘Status’ or ‘Project’:  

  • To filter the ‘Portfolio Issue Register’ by Department, click the ‘Department’ dropdown menu and then select the desired data. This will display the Issues based on the selected department or all department.


 

  • In order to filter the ‘Portfolio Issue Register’ by Status, click the ‘Status’ dropdown menu and then select the desired data. This will display the Issues based on the selected status or all status.


 

  • To filter the ‘Portfolio Issue Register’ by Project, click the ‘Project’ dropdown menu and then select the desired data. This will display the Issues based on the selected Project score or all Projects.


 

3. To search a Portfolio Issue, enter the Issue Name in the search box and then click on the magnifying glass icon or press ENTER key.


 

4. In order to download the Portfolio Issue Register, click the download icon and then choose the file to download: CSV or PDF.
