1. Update Planned Values
1. To navigate the Change Control page, open Project Focus HQ tool using this link: https://app.projectfocushq.com/accounts/login/.
2. Login using your Username and Password and hit the Log-in button.
3. Once logged in you will reach the Company’s Homepage, within the Tiles section, navigate to the Project Dashboard by clicking the All Projects tile or Projects from the top navigation.
4. In the Project Dashboard section, click on the Name of the Project that you want to manage.
Note: In this section, you can only see the Projects assigned to you unless the administrator has provided you a Company Access Level to all Projects.
5. Once a project is selected, go to the left sidebar and click on Change Control as shown below.
6. In the Change Control page, click the +New Change button.
7. Once in the Add New Change page, fill in the needed details:
- Select a Start Date.
- Add a Description for the New Change.
- Select the Change Control Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Benefits option from the Change Impact drop-down list.
- Choose a Metric Type from the drop-down menu.
- Add a Benefit Impact amount in the data field provided.
- Select the Work Stream option from the drop-down list.
- Add a Change Benefit.
- Add a No Change Impact
- Add a Remarks/ Actions for the New Change.
8. Once all the information has been accomplished, click the Add Change button.
9. A New Change will then be created in the Change Control page same as below.
10. After creating the New Change, go to the Benefits Tracking page.
11. In the Benefits Tracking page, select and click the Benefit Name.
12. Once in the Benefit Details page, click the Update button.
13. In the Edit Benefits page under the Tracking Details section, go to the Change Request field and in the drop-down list look for the New Change that you created. Also add a Change Request Type in the field provided.
14. Add an Update Note and then click the Update Benefit button.
