1. Approvals Display


To display all of the Action Audits within a Project, click the ‘Approvals’ from the left sidebar of the page. 

 

 

  • Date’ – Date the Notification was added which makes it easier to track or review as well as being able to see if an action has been taken once the action was added
  • Time’ – The time the action was added which makes it easier to track or review as well as being able to see if action has been taken once the action was added
  • Module’ – What Module did the Action occur, allowing for quick reference to see if action is relevant on the project being reviewed or worked on
  • Item’ – The name of the specific item relating to the action audit so that it is easy to determine which notification it is discussing. Clicking the item will provide additional details
  • Action’ – Actions taken based on the audit
  • Status’ – Current status of the action which will assist in ensuring that the user can quickly see what is resolved and what has not
  • User’ – The person who triggered the action. Important in case anyone has questions or needs clarification on the action audit
  • Approved/Rejected by’ – Who approved/rejected the action. Important in case anyone has questions or needs clarification on the results
  • ‘View Request’ – Link for to the Request which makes it easy to be able to navigate to the details of the request and what has changed
