1. Project Resources Role Responsibility
You can set the Resource Module Notifications by clicking the ‘Settings’ tab from the left side bar of the Project page. Once done, navigate to the ‘Project Role Responsibilities’ section then ‘Project: Resourcing’.
Click the dropdown menu and then assign a User Role to their corresponding access rights to Resources module within the project. Below are the dropdown menu options:
- ‘Update’ – a User Role can view and make changes to Resources module
- ‘View’ – a User Role can only view Resources module
- ‘None’ – a User Role can’t view or update any Resources module
