1. Setup Module Notifications Within a Project
To setup Module Notifications within a Project, click the ‘Settings’ module from the left sidebar of the page. Once done, navigate to ‘Notifications Settings’ section then ‘Module Notifications’.
- Tick the checkbox to enable sending of Email Notifications (per Key Role) for every Module Notification.
- Untick the checkbox to disable sending of Email Notifications (per Key Role) for every Module Notification.
Below are the modules following modules to setup:
- ‘Action Tracking’ – Email is sent when an Action Tracking is added/updated to the projects Activities module
- ‘Activities’ – Email is sent when an Activity is added/updated to the projects Activities module
- ‘Schedule’ – Email is sent when a Schedule item is added/updated to the projects Schedule module
- ‘Milestones’ – Email is sent when a Milestone is added/updated to the projects Schedule module
- ‘Critical Path’ – Email is sent when a Critical Path is added /updated to the projects Schedule module
- ‘Risks’ – Email is sent when a Risk is added/updated to the projects Risk module
- ‘Escalated Risks’ – Email is sent when a Escalated Risk is added/updated to the projects Risk module
- ‘Issues’ – Email is sent when a Issue is added/updated to the projects Issue module
- ‘Escalated Issues’ – Email is sent when a Escalated Issue is added/updated to the projects Issue module
- ‘Budget’ – Email is sent when a Budget Cost is added/updated to the projects Budget module
- ‘Change Control’ – Email is sent when a Change item is added/updated to the projects Change Control module
- ‘Resources’ – Email is sent when a Resource is added/updated to the projects Resource module
- ‘Roles’ – Email is sent when a Role is added/updated to the projects Resource module
