1. Manage Project KPI Settings


1. Set-up Email Notifications

Once a project is selected, click the ‘Settings’ module from the left sidebar of the page and then navigate to the ‘Notification Settings’ section then ‘Module Notifications’. Then scroll to the KPI module:

  • Tick the checkbox to enable sending of Email Notifications (per Key Role) for every Added / Updated KPI item.
  • Untick the checkbox to disable sending of Email Notifications (per Key Role) for every Added / Updated KPI item.

 

 


2. Set-up Approver Responsibilities

Once a project is selected, click the ‘Settings’ tab from the left sidebar then navigate to the ‘Project Approver Responsibilities’ section. Once done,  go to the ‘KPI Approver’ section.

  • Tick the checkbox to make a Key Role a KPI Approver.
  • Untick the checkbox to remove a Key Role’s rights to approve a KPI.


 


3. Set-up Role Responsibilities

Once a project is selected,  click the ‘Settings’ tab from the left sidebar of the page and then go to the ‘Project Role Responsibilities’ section. 

 

Click the dropdown menu and assign a User Role to their corresponding access rights for Project KPI module.

  • Update- user can ‘Add, Edit, or Remove’ KPI
  • View- user can see Quality Review but cannot ‘Add, Edit, or Remove’
  • None- cannot update even view KPI
