1. Setup Quality Management Settings


1. Set-up the Quality Management Email Notifications 

Once a project is selected, click the ‘Settings’ module from the sidebar of the page and then navigate to the ‘Notification Settings’ section then Module Notifications’. Once done, scroll to Quality Management module:

  • Tick the checkbox to enable sending of Email Notifications (per Key Role) for every Added / Updated / Deleted Quality Review.
  • Untick the checkbox to disable sending of Email Notifications (per Key Role) for every Added / Updated / Deleted Quality Review.

 

 

2. Set-up Approver Responsibilities 

Once a project is selected, click the ‘Settings’ tab from the left sidebar and navigate to ‘Project Approver Responsibilities’ then go navigate to ‘Quality Man Approver’ section.

  • Tick the checkbox to make a Key Role a Quality Management Approver.
  • Untick the checkbox to remove a Key Role’s access to approve a Quality Review


 

3. Set-up Role Responsibilities 

Once a project is selected, click the ‘Settings’ tab from the left sidebar of the page. Go to  ‘Project Role Responsibilities’ section. Click the dropdown menu and assign a User Role to their corresponding access rights for Project Quality Management module.

  • Update- user can ‘Add, Edit, or Remove’ Quality Review
  • View- user can see Quality Review but cannot ‘Add, Edit, or Remove’
  • None- cannot update even view Quality Review
