Within the ‘Quality Management’ page, navigate to the ‘Monitor Project Quality’ section and click any ‘Quality Review’ item. You will be redirected to ‘Compliance Details’ page.

2. Then go to ‘Planned Reviews’ section and click the ‘Upload’ button.
