1. Create a New Quality Review

1. In the ‘Quality Review’ page, click the ‘+New Review’ button.

2. Enter the desired data of the required fields (Compliance Review Description, Work Stream, Planned Reviews). Then click the ‘Add Quality’ button to save new review.
