1. Approve a Project Risk
Pre-Condition:
- Risk is pending Approval
- Approver role is required (Approval Request Email Notification is received by Approver)
1. Within the Project ‘Risk Register’ page, navigate to the ‘Pending Risk’ section and click any of the ‘Risk’ that you want to ‘Approve’.
2. You will reach the ‘Risk Details’ page. Click the drop-down button found beside the status of the Risk at the top right part. There will be two (2) options in the drop-down menu that will appear, click “Accept” to reject the Risk.
3. The Risk is now Approved with its status Changed from ‘Pending Approval’ to ‘Approved’ and the Risk is now moved from the ‘Pending Risks’ table to the ‘Live Risks’ table.
