1. Update a Project Risk Action


1. To update an Action within a Project Risk, navigate to the ‘Risk Register’ page and then click the ID of the Risk that contains the Action item you want to update. 

 

 

2. Once you reach the Project Risk Details, scroll to ‘Actions’ section and click the ID of the ‘Action’ item. This opens a new tab and brings you to the Action Details page. 


 

3. Once in the Action Details page, click the “Update” button.

 

 

4. Apply the necessary changes and make sure to populate the “Update Notes” data field to record the updates and also this field is required for the update to push through. Once done, click the ‘Update Action’ button to save changes.
