1. Project Schedule Grid Table

The Schedule Grid Table provides a structured view of the Project Schedule in column form and provides the user with the option to hide columns, sort data and search by Task Name.  A number of columns are for reference only, referring to the table which identifies which fields can be updated via the Grid Table

 

  • To navigate to the ‘Project Schedule Grid Table’, click ‘Schedule’ tab from the sidebar then navigate to ‘Project Schedule’. The Grid Table is located to the left of the Schedule task list.
  • The user can Hide Columns to be displayed by right clicking the name of any column.  The pop-up box will appear, and user can unflag columns not required.
  • The user can also Sort Data by selecting the down arrow next to the name of the column to be sorted and select either Ascending or Descending.
  • The user can also Search for a task based on Task Name by entering text in the Search Field and clicking of the Magnifying Glass icon.
