Filters and Search


By default, data is displayed within a dashboard or table with a maximum of 10 items based on when the data item was last updated.  Filters types and Search boxes will be displayed at the top of the dashboard or table, by utilising the ‘Filters’ and ‘Search’ functionalities data can be restricted to focus on the relevant data needed.

To utilise the Filters:

  • Click on the arrow next to the name of the field
  • Select from the drop down list required filter 
  • Data will be displayed based on filter/s

   

           

 

 

 

 

To utilise the Search engine:

  • Enter the known text in the Search field
  • Click on the magnifying glass
  • Data as per the search will appear. 

 

  To clear the Search engine:

  • Clear the text in the Search field
  • Click on the magnifying glass
