All Projects Dashboard
| Generally, Users only able to view projects they are assigned to as a key user, unless the company has provided all project access at company role level. |
To view the ‘Project Dashboard’ :
- From the Company Home Page click on ‘All Project’ tile or
- Select ‘Projects’ from the drop down list located next to the word ‘Home’ on the task bar. The name here will always display the current location, e.g. Portfolios, Projects, Programs, Pipeline.
Locate project:
- By default, the dashboard sort order of projects is based on Project Name in ascending order and displays a maximum of 10 projects.
- If greater than 10 projects utilise the ‘Results per page’ options, Filter and/or Search functionalities to locate the project.
- The "Project Lifecycle Summary" table can be used to locate Projects according to Current Stage. Once a specific Stage is clicked, a list of Projects is displayed based on the selected Phase.
- The yellow diamond icons represent projects that are Pending Approval between one Project Stage to the succeeding Stage. You can click the diamond icons to view the Pending Approval Projects between two Stages.
Once project appears in the dashboard list:
- Click on the project name to be redirected to the project overview module page.
