1. Downloading Data


The Download Icon for exporting and printing data is represented by three horizontal bars

 

Data can be exported or printed whenever the download Icon displayed above appears. The output options will vary depending on the table or graph (e.g. CSV, PDF, Image, or Print.)

  • Click the Download icon and select the required format from drop down list e.g. ‘Download CSV, 'Print'.
  • If downloading, a prompt to download the file is displayed. Select which option to proceed, (e.g. Open, Save or Cancel.)
  • If "Print" is selected, the standard printer window will open and will prompt to select printing options (e.g. Copies, Colour or Orientation.)
